Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Kyenna Ltd, trading as Drive On, handles personal data for the Drive On website and PCP vehicle-change marketplace.

Last updated: 15 August 2026

Who we are

Drive On is a trading name of Kyenna Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17277181. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

Kyenna Ltd trading as Drive On is the controller for personal data processed through this service. You can contact us about privacy at privacy@getdriveon.co.uk or raise a complaint with us at complaints@getdriveon.co.uk.

Personal data we collect

  • PCP Snapshot information, such as vehicle make, model, year, current mileage, PCP provider, agreement end date, optional balloon or settlement figures, timing and stated intentions.
  • Consumer contact and marketplace details only where you choose to create a dealer opportunity, such as name, email address, phone number, postcode and vehicle registration.
  • Dealer account and business details, such as dealership name, contact name, email address, phone number, account status and verification records.
  • Authentication, account, payment and unlock records needed to operate dealer access, checkout and paid lead unlocks.
  • Technical and security information such as server logs, device/browser details, session information and security events needed to keep the service working safely.
  • Campaign and referral information, such as marketing source, medium, campaign, the page used to create a Snapshot or marketplace opportunity and the referring website domain where available.

How we use personal data

  • To create and display the PCP Snapshot you request.
  • If you separately choose to enter the dealer marketplace, to receive, review and handle your vehicle-change opportunity.
  • To show masked lead information to approved dealers only after you have chosen to create a dealer opportunity, so they can assess whether it is relevant.
  • To reveal full customer details only to an approved dealer after a verified paid unlock for that specific opportunity.
  • To create and manage dealer accounts, approval status, sign-in sessions, checkout attempts and unlock history.
  • To provide service messages, support, security checks, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and business records.
  • To send marketing only where we have a proper basis, such as a separate consent where required. Service contact and marketing contact are treated separately.
  • To understand how Snapshots and marketplace opportunities reach Drive On and assess the performance of our consumer campaigns.

Temporary PCP Snapshot information

When you create a PCP Snapshot, Drive On temporarily uses browser session storage to present that Snapshot in the same browser tab or session. This limited Snapshot record may include the vehicle make, model, year and current mileage, finance provider, agreement end date, supplied balloon or settlement figures, change timing and stated intention.

The Snapshot session record does not contain your name, email address, mobile number, postcode or vehicle registration. Creating the Snapshot does not itself create a dealer opportunity or authorise dealer contact. Limited campaign and referral information may also be kept in the same temporary browser session so that, if you later choose to enter the marketplace, Drive On can understand how that opportunity reached us.

Additional figures entered into the optional voluntary-termination milestone estimator are calculated locally in your browser for this MVP. They are not added to the dealer opportunity or sent to Drive On, dealers or your finance provider. The temporary information ends with the browser tab or session lifecycle.

Lawful bases

We rely on the lawful bases that fit the activity. These may include service delivery and steps requested by you, our legitimate interests in running a secure marketplace, legal obligations, and consent where consent is required, for example for optional marketing choices.

Optional advertising measurement

Drive On may receive visitors from advertisements shown in ChatGPT or Google. If you consent, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel and Google Ads tag load and may process an advertising-click reference, browser/device and page information, and confirmation that a consumer marketplace opt-in succeeded. OpenAI and Google are the measurement providers that receive their respective events. Creating a PCP Snapshot on its own is not treated as a consumer lead conversion for this advertising measurement. Our lawful basis for this optional processing is consent.

Drive On does not intentionally send your name, email address, telephone number, vehicle registration or PCP form content through either integration. Google enhanced conversions are disabled, and Google ad personalisation remains denied. The Google tag is not loaded before consent. You can reject or withdraw through Cookie settings in the website footer. Withdrawing or rejecting consent does not affect your ability to use Drive On.

Dealer access to consumer information

Creating a PCP Snapshot does not make your information available to dealers. Only if you separately choose to enter the marketplace is a dealer opportunity created. That opportunity is masked before a paid unlock. Approved dealers may see enough vehicle-change context to decide whether an opportunity appears relevant, but full contact details are not shown at that stage.

Full customer details are made available only after a verified paid unlock by an approved dealer for the relevant opportunity. Dealers must use the information only for that enquiry or opportunity and not for unrelated marketing, resale, scraping or enrichment.

Sharing personal data

We may share relevant consumer lead information with approved dealers only where you have chosen to create a dealer opportunity, as described above. We also use service providers that help us operate the website and marketplace, such as hosting, database, authentication, payment, email and security providers. We describe these categories generally because providers may change as the service develops.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the Snapshot, marketplace opportunity, dealer account, paid unlock, support, security, accounting, legal and operational purposes that apply. Exact retention periods may vary by record type and legal requirement.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a data subject access, correction or deletion request, contact privacy@getdriveon.co.uk.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Drive On has paid the ICO data protection fee and is waiting for public register confirmation, so we are not publishing a registration number yet.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data, including signed-in dealer access, dealer approval gating, masked lead data before unlock and server-side payment verification before full customer details are displayed.
