Drive On

Dealer Terms

These terms apply to dealer accounts, marketplace access and paid opportunity unlocks on Drive On.

Last updated: 5 July 2026

Dealer eligibility and approval

Dealer accounts can be created for dealership access, but live marketplace access and paid unlocks require Drive On approval. Drive On may approve, reject, suspend or remove dealer access where needed to protect consumers, the marketplace or service integrity.

Masked lead cards and paid unlocks

Lead cards are masked until paid unlock. A dealer unlock payment is a digital lead-access payment for the specific opportunity selected. The price is as shown at checkout.

Payment does not guarantee conversion, customer response, appointment, vehicle purchase, finance outcome, stock availability or any later commercial result.

Using customer information

  • Use unlocked customer information only for the relevant enquiry or opportunity.
  • Do not resell, scrape, enrich, broker, share or use the information for unrelated marketing.
  • Do not spam customers or contact them outside a proper legal basis.
  • Keep customer information secure and restrict access to people who need it for the relevant opportunity.

Dealer compliance responsibilities

Dealers are responsible for their own legal, FCA, advertising, consumer-credit, data-protection, customer-contact and trading compliance. Drive On platform verification is not a financial, regulatory or professional endorsement.

Refunds and support

Dealer unlock payments are digital lead-access payments. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case where access was not delivered or a duplicate charge occurred.

For support, contact support@getdriveon.co.uk. For complaints, contact complaints@getdriveon.co.uk.

Misuse

Misuse of Drive On, customer information, checkout, unlocks or dealer accounts may result in suspension or removal of access.
